Intelligent Engine Controller manufactured by Prima is sophisticated micro controller based instrument used to start, stop according to different mode of operation and manage the operation time of fuel engine totally unattended. This requires only 12 Vdc power supply to operate. It can work in Manual, Time and Week mode. The user can adjust RUN time and OFF time from 0.1 hour (6 minutes) to 999.9 hour in time mode. The most genius features is week mode, in which engine start, stop according to real time of day of week. In addition, the IEC will shut down the engine in response to faults. A cause of shut down will be displayed on IEC and the controller will isolate itself from the battery to save energy. It has display unit available in 2 digits parameter for code number and day of week status, 4 digits parameters for timer value or selection, 23 LEDs for Operation & Faults Indication. The instrument has facility of digital input for alarm faults monitoring and analog input for battery and alternator status monitoring. It has also 8 nos. of membrance keys for programming facilities and different operation. User can set parameters as per requirement. The controller has industrial plug & socket for field connection, Weatherproof aluminum die cast enclosure, Fuel and Clutch Selection for different type of engine, Emergency push button in case of accident, Buzzer for audio alarm.
