We have two highly advanced manufacturing units spread over an area of 13,000 sq. mt. and 8000 sq. mt. respectively. Our production machines like CNC Turret Machine, NC Press Breaks, NC Shear Machines, Power Press, etc. are of the latest technology, which facilitate a smooth production of products.

Along with this, we have several other facilities that include a complete in-house Design Department as well as a capable R & D, Logistics and Customer Care Department. All these facilities give us the leeway to provide superlative quality goods and services and respond to any queries or problems posed by our customers.

Prima has a well-set design department, with a team of qualified and experienced engineers. Prima has developed more than 1000 designs till date. Vast experience of designing and manufacturing control panels in almost all industries like Printing, Plastic, Construction, Compressor, Pumps, Pharmaceuticals, Machine tools, Wind Energy, Engineering, Textile and Process etc. Design team has latest software and equipments for design of any type of control panel. Separate workshop for R & D activities is established wherein standard electronics products are also developed.

Prima has well-set Material Management Department with Internet facilities. The department looks after material procurement, vendor development & planning. They also look after vendor rating, cost reduction, import substitution. Purchase requisitions are raised by Engineering and other departments and Purchase department processes orders, monitor and closes them. Email is extensively used to reduce time. Store is also well organized & fully equipped to store more than 3000 categories of items. A unique part number identifies each item. Computer monitors receipt and issue transactions. Stock figures are always available online.
