It has 24 feather touch keys for programming/setting/view parameters/printing, 240x128 characters LCD display to show flow indication, totals, temperatures, set percentages values, average TPH and plant run hour, last reset time and date. It is compact and powerful controller with all facilities like Set/Actual mode and Manual/Auto mode for speed. The instrument has controlled 3 outputs for temperature inputs and indicate 6 temperature input, for more accuracy of mix material, one infra Red temperature sensor input is provided. Its LCD can be programmed to have current status frame and 6 different setting frames, 4 different view frames. The product supports communication with PC on RS232 serial port through SCADA software.
